- Is Study Buddy free?
- Yes. It is a free Bot Packs skill for Grok Bot, Claude and ChatGPT. Bot Packs is unofficial and not affiliated with xAI, Anthropic or OpenAI.
- How is it different from ChatGPT Study Mode?
- Study Buddy quizzes only from the notes you give it, quotes the line each answer comes from, and keeps a re-ask list you can paste into your next session. It also works in Grok Bot and Claude.
- Will it help me cheat on an exam?
- No. It declines to answer questions from a live graded exam, test or quiz, and won't write graded work for you to submit. It will help you study the topic instead.
- How does the re-ask list work?
- Missed questions are asked again in new words later in the session. Paste the list back next time and they come back first. Two correct answers in a row clears one.
- Does it need any apps or connectors?
- No. Paste or attach your notes, slides or reading in the chat.
